Woven & non-woven ERP
Granules to bales — every tape, loom, roll and bag weighed, counted and costed
Meezan ERP set up for a sample woven & non-woven business: its own documents, vouchers and WhatsApp automation. It plays by itself — click any screen to take over, or type your company name and press the button.
What the demo shows — 10 screens
- Plant dashboardTape and fabric output, bags stitched, waste and money position — on one screen and on the owner's WhatsApp twice a day.
- Granules GRNPP granules and masterbatch received from the importer by grade, bags and kg, with sales tax.
- Tape extrusion logEach tape line's denier, width, output and waste for the shift — waste above 4% is flagged.
- Loom productionMeters and kilos from every circular loom, with GSM checked against the order — heavy fabric is material given away.
- Bag conversion & balesLaminated and printed fabric cut, stitched, counted and packed in bales of 500 against each order.
- Non-woven roll stockSpunbond rolls by GSM and width, with weight and age — slow rolls are flagged before they tie up cash.
- Sales tax invoiceBags dispatched against the customer's orders with the FBR sales tax invoice.
- Payment voucherThe granules importer is paid against the GRN — income tax withheld at source and posted as payable to FBR.
- WhatsApp — ownerThe owner approves the granules payment and a new bag rate from WhatsApp, and gets the night report.
- WhatsApp — hall & buyersThe loom supervisor reports a breakdown, and a customer checks the order and books more bags — all on WhatsApp.
How Meezan ERP runs a woven & non-woven business
A woven-bag plant buys by the kilo and sells by the piece, so profit hides in grams: a few GSM too heavy on the loom, a tape line running at 6% waste, a lamination coat that is thicker than the order. Meezan ERP follows the material from PP granules and masterbatch through tape extrusion, circular looms, lamination, printing and cutting & stitching into bales, with weight checked at every stage. Non-woven rolls are tracked by GSM, width and weight, and every kilo of waste is reprocessed into granules and accounted for.
Usual weak points
- Granules issued by the bag, but nobody reconciles kilos in against bags out
- Fabric woven heavier than the order's GSM gives away material on every bag
- Tape and cutting waste thrown in a corner instead of weighed and reprocessed
- Bag rate quoted on an old granule price while the importer's rate moved
How Meezan ERP covers them
- Granule and masterbatch purchases by grade, lot and kg, with sales tax and WHT
- Tape extrusion by line with denier, width, output and waste %
- Loom production in meters and kg with GSM checked against the order
- Bag conversion — lamination, printing, cutting & stitching — counted into bales

- 3Circular looms
Tapes woven to mesh and GSM; meters and kg per loom; stoppages and broken tapes logged.
- 4Lamination & printing
Fabric laminated to the coat weight and printed in up to six colours per the customer's artwork.
- 5Cutting, stitching & bales
Bags cut, stitched, counted and packed in bales of 500; rejects weighed for reprocessing.

- GSM variance per order and loom
- Bags and bales ready per order vs delivery date
- Cost and margin per bag for every customer order
