How the connection works
We use the official WhatsApp Business API. Your business number is connected and messages go out in your name, from your number, in line with WhatsApp's policies. We never use unofficial numbers or tools.
Full control: nothing happens without you knowing
Every financial transaction in Meezan ERP follows an approval chain: staff enter it, you approve it on WhatsApp, the system records it. Real-time reconciliation between cash, bank and the system means any difference shows up the same day — not at month end.
A real-world example
